Street Art Website - Automatically Updates - PR3 - £40!!
I'm selling the following website:

It is a turnkey website. Low traffic figures because I haven't taken any time to promote the website. The domain name is only 3 weeks old. I haven't sorted out the advertising properly either.
Despite doing no work promoting the website. The domain already has Page Rank 3 in 3 weeks!
The website updates completely automatically through RSS feed from other websites. The website is basically an area where interested parties can come to one location and get all the information straight to them.
With the domain name the website has huge potential and I'm looking at $100 but it is negotiable.
I need a sale asap so price has been dropped to £40. That's £40 for a PR3 domain and website!
