Stop Search Engine from Indexing Sub Domain

I registered hosting account and lunched 5 websites under this account with different domain names.

I found Google indexed my websites as subdomain of main account domain which is annoying for me.

xxx.com is a domain registered with account.

xxx1.com is another domain registered under this account for website.

Google indexed my website like xxx1.xxx.com.

How can I prevent Google from indexing subdomains?

I can't products website directory with password as they are public website and would like to Google index my website like xxx1.com not xxx1.xxx.com

I don't want to create disallow line in directory of xxx1.com

I used redirect permanent method.

What is best solution?

Is it possible to remove indexed URLs from Google?

Go into google webmaster tools there is option for remove url from google indexing or catching.

Each sub domain has its own robots.txt fie

just placed this code and upload this file on the root directory of the sub doamin

User-agent: * Disallow: /

I don't have sub domain to create robot.txt and disallow robots. sub domains are automatically created in cpanel and there is no directory in the public_html folder for it.
