Hello,

I just awoke this morning to receive 5 e-mails saying that my domains have been pushed to an account dominero on enom.
The domains that had been pushed are worth in excess of over $1,000 not really sure what i should do how can i get them back someone must of hacked into my account.
If you need more details one of the domains was 5L.org.
Your help is muchly appreciated this is the first time something like this has happened and its not really a great feeling.

Thanks

Morgan

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
You're going to need to contact the registar(s), let them know the situation, and secure any other names you have in that account. I'd imagine that they should have the IPs logged.

have you contacted enom?

Send an mail or call enom support, and tell them lock these names.

After that, you can let enom push them back to you.

If the names are worth so much ,Phone call charges are nothing by comparision
FYI ,US Phone calls from Aust. are avail cheap. just ring one of the major companies ask for a special deal .

Dominero Assosiations

I know of these dudes via some haxor places i am known to go to once in awhile. I would contact the registrars asap if i were you these dudes will move these domains after they have found which have good enough traffic, if i were you i would also contact sedo where they have them parked. If i can help you in any way contact me via PM They tend to use older methods,

Do you use the same password for both sites, and is your password easy to hack? Are you using special charcters in your password (e.g. ! $ ^)?

Yes i was using the same password and username on both accounts, i know this was a bad move but i did not think something like this would happen.
The password i was using had letters and numbers but thats it could be easy to hack into.
I have sent e-mails to enom and domainsite with what has happened tried contacting them via phone but they dont provide the service on weekends.
Not sure what else i can do.

OK, well I know that eNom has retrieved many a stolen domain for folks, so my bet is that you'll get your names back.

Be sure to change your passwords and use special characters in all your passwords moving forward.
