.tv Stockmarket.tv in Traffic live auction

Stockmarket.tv has made it to the live auction in NY. This is the only representative of the .tv extension in the live auction. Hopefully this will do well in the bidding and give .tv the recognition it deserves. Good luck to the owner!

I really need to start paying more attention to these traffic auctions and when to submit....

So, for this one in NY, I guess "LIVE" means even more than gaining entry into a SILENT auction.....

Just so that I can get an idea as to how tough it is to get access, would anyone mind sharing any of their top .tv names that they had entered but got refused...

it will give us a yardstick by which to measure what we are up against on making it to the auction....

Like I said, me personally, I did not submit, cause I did not know about it, but I doubt I would have anyway, given that my reserve on my top names would be in the high xxx,xxx mark....

I think alot is resting on the shoulders of STOCKMARKET.TV - you never know, there COULD be a bidding war on this one...it has that sort of potential...

If you had xxx,xxx reserve on a .tv it is fair to say Moniker would not put it in the live auction. Only 1 .tv got in live as the people behind TRAFFIC do not care for the .tv extension so I think there will be little out of traffic for .tv.

Infomercials.tv was the only one last TRAFFIC and it went $2500

I know about their attitudes to .tv.....and their general attitude to reserve pricing....

But I am hoping even the small amount of time that has since passed from that auction with infomercials to this one ....that the overall attitude to .tv may be different, at least to some positive level......and also, stoockmarket.tv is one of the best uses for the .tv ext....

I personally would not have submitted this name, but have full respect for the owner who did, because I personally think that only in three years time will stockmarket.tv be appraised/bought/sold at a price deserving of its potential........right now, it is impossible to get the price it would get in three years......

But there are so many variables......once again, I wish the owner the best of luck with it.......

I think stockmarket tv should be bought by a large network, if the big boys dont bite at this one, they should not be in management... its a no brainer!

But then again it has taken Murdoch, to only this year, to even look at revenue from the internet..... and they are supposed to be the trend setters and advertising geniuses.... Sh*t you would think it was my name how Im going on. :lol:

I don't doubt this. I really like the name for a high profile .TV sale. I'm wondering just how many new money players will be in the New York auction. The upward trajectory of dotTV is still hard to gauge though it's firmly in the direction of UP.

Those that are involved in the auction this week please use this thread to keep us posted on the finals prices, both for the live and silent auction. We're all dying to hear what happens.

I submitted Hardcore.tv and Nudes.tv for the adult moniker auction in August, so I'm really hoping StockMarket does well...

I have not been able to find out if stockmarket.tv is a Premium and if so how much (the link to the eNom site is not working for me).

Does any one know?
