domain Stock.help : Sell or Develop?

Recently graduated, and getting back into domaining.

I am looking for a valuation of Stock.help

I know .help is a gTLD, but sometimes, I feel like gTLDs get a bad rep. I'm considering Stock.help being a page that gives you tutorials, resources, and articles relevant to help people who are just breaching the wacky world of the Stock Exchange.

Has potential. Probably worth more developed. Imho, the plural version would of eliminated any confusion as to the intent of the website.
