Steps after registering a name?

What do you guys do after registering a new name? I know I need to get the name out there so people can buy it if they want to, but do you immedietly park at Sedo, develop a small site with adwords, or what?

The domains I registered are for a product thats not that popular now but probably will be. I know I won't get many type-ins so should I start developing something?

Firstly I list it at Sedo and Fabulous (just started the fab account).
Secondly I list it in my spread sheet of domains to keep track (expiry date etc)
Thirdly I list it and hyperlink it in my sales website.

Ok, this is what i do.... For this you need two plans. As soon as i register a domain name, i put it up on Sedo (plan 1) and leave it there for about a month, or even better, if you make a little webpage, you can set a redirect script so it takes the user right to Sedo, and you can have your own counter set, just to confirm what Sedo say, this way, (plan two) can start to develop a site for the domain name, and, if it fails and dosent get much traffic, you can always sell it for a bit more on NamePros.com, and if it is a success and the traffic is growing on it, leave it a little longer and develop the site better (if the traffic is increasing each month and will make the website more of a success, hence, more money). You win both ways in my opinion.
