domain StephenHawking dot net Appraisal and TM or no?

So, as I always do, I come across a domain name that looks great and I buy it because I worry with the thousands of other domainers out there someone may see it first.. So.. with that said, any idea what StephenHawking dot net would go for? Or is it there a TM issue with it? I remember reading somewhere on here that celebrity names couldn't be TM, so I'm hoping thats the case here too. There's 823,000 monthly Global Exact Searches.. Did I find a gem?

Yeah, guess I misread whatever it was I had read about it being ok wrong. I don't wanna go head to head with Hawking, think he has a bit bigger bank roll than me! Wish I could just sell it to him for 1 cent lol... Then I could say I sold Stephen Hawking a domain! Anyhow, just waiting on refund, or will just delete if they don't hurry.. Don't wanna hang onto it long.

Their fame IS their trademark.
