Hi All,

Today I got Nascar Forum (dot) (us) on the drop.

Thanks goodness I double-checked: Nascar forum (Dot) (NET) was available too!
Go figure!

Lastly, for good measure, I got Nascar Blog (dot (us)

(no spaces in the names)

Please comment on value, usage and TM.

I see some active sites with Nascar in the name- and if you search the TM database, there are TONS of Nascar XXX names registered, so it looks as though the mark is diluted.

Oh, Andrew, that’s just awful.

I would venture to say these names have a tremendous future and you almost certainly can’t lose money with them. As far as the dilution of trademark is concerned, Nascar enjoys any additional advertisement, seemingly with little concern for the source; so TM will not be an issue. IMHO.
