Stelios - owning a name as a name?

Who has the rights over a person's name as a domain name?

I own sirStelios.com, the easyjet owner (easy.com). The domain stelios.com (no sir) points to his site easy.com, will he be after me with his lawyers?
There's no mentioning of a 'sir' on his birth certificate so he cannot claim this domain beginning with sir as his rightful 'birthrite' :p
