I spent a few days to research and ended up registering these domains:

followJAVA.com -- social community for java developer
SimpleFonts.com -- brandable font site
oweth.com -- 5 letters .com for long term
SmartTv24.com -- 24" or 24hours, central hub
SSDreviews.com -- affiliate site
32tv.net -- 22,200 searches\month with high competition and $0,80/click
storagecloudbackup.com -- $160\click cpc

I got an idea for all domains (except oweth.com) and could develop a site but I`m interested in your domain-only appraisal.

Yes I`m new in domaining but I am working online since 2006 so I know a few things how to make money with websites.
Though I`m having a hard time to estimate a realistic BIN price for each domain.

SimpleFonts is worth low to mid $xxx.

Similar domain sales:

ultrafonts.com 166 USD 2014-11-21 GoDaddy

SSDReviews is worth low $xxx, perhaps more. Depends on if an end user or domainer buys it.

As for the others regfee IMO.

Regarding OwEth.com, It's appraisal Value: $270.00 as per Estibot.com but don't fall into trap of Bot's and develop it so that you can earn an decent sale out of it. All the Best.
