What do you think - stephimodel.com, betunfair.com?

I'm new to the domain name market but would like some feedback on some
domains in my small portfolio - to get a better idea of which to
develop and which to sell (and for what). Any stats are from sedo parking.
themister.org -
About 40 visits a day with the keyword gay dating (click rate at 25%). I'd rather not develop this as the name seems low value but nice traffic and conversion.

About 50 visits a day but only 5% click rate on keyword cute models.
betunfair.com
See company betfair, this domain has very low traffic (5 / day) 8% click rate on betting tips but the name seems cool.
This is a spare time thing for me to supplement my modest web developer income any help very much appreciated!
