You don't have to be an expert to realize that its borderline squatting a Google trademark .... stadia is a generic term but really the intention seems to be profiting off of a trademark

Acquiring a domain after brand is released is risky and you have no chance of defending your intentions. And this is not a random brand, it's Google brand

You are completely right. It's plain squatting, not even borderline/gray zone. From the link you posted:
Downloadable mobile game software; computer game software; computer software development tools...

UDRPs are coming soon, because some people are really begging for it. I would delete this name in a heartbeat.
