Tough one to appraise. It looks good domain name for the ads industry.

I would say 1k or so for a good buyer. But it can be anything. Could be more too.

Development has potential. You need lots of resources though to get into that market. But with development 1k is nothing as far as revenue is concerned.

I don't like being negative on forums, but I don't like this name...It makes no sense to me, maybe I am missing something here...IMO, this is a bad name, very little chance at a sale with a name like this...
