Out of topic, sorry: apparently, you can transfer domain to spaceship, what about out of them? It's not supported for now as long as I know.

This post was moved from another topic by mods. For now, transfers can be processed manually by asking support team

When you're ready to address the accusations with evidence and also address why you deleted your x.com account do let us know.
Evidence attached, when you’re ready to stop playing Putin, and act within the guidelines of this community feel free to respond. You know what you did, why you trying to deflect; and cover it up.

Domains were returned upon contacting support, but no notifications were given when they were removed from the account.

I simply came here to state your own TOS, and a situation that happend, instead of acting concerned, and looking into it, you throw a tantrum. 🀑

Sure, spaceship.com removed names from an account when they freshly expired, without notification.
When the registrant saw the names were missing, they took it upon themselves to ask what happend, and get the domains back from support, and transfer them out.

The second scenario looks like someone got caught in a bait, and switch pricing scheme, with cheap transfser in, then higher renewals, and starting to move their domains out, and got the following email.

Instead of acting like a normal support company, seems enetwork would rather deflect, and evade the real facts at hand, and that is ok, because they are showing the community, and future potential customers that spaceship, and namecheap are probably places where they should choose not to do business.

Bait and switch eh when our renewal pricing is pretty much at cost or just a few cents over. Sounds like a great bait and switch scheme.

Oops, nevermind, we actually lose a few cents on every .com renewal. :)

Makes sense build it up to certain size, then default to higher pricing. I believe namecheap utilized the same model. Get enough names in there, have enough expire, and get that revenue stream.

Namecheap's core customers are not domainers.

If we raised our prices at Spaceship or didn't have special pricing for domainers(like your silent friend) they would not stick around very long so wrong again.

Tell me again the cool story about the bait and switch scheme will you?

and btw, we've had the same pricing going on three years now.

Shady shady shady activities, well that doesnt suprise me since spaceship is affiliated with namecheap. I would highly suggest to NEVER deal with anyone affiliated with namecheap.

Would you mind elaborating on that?

Hi, I’ve set up around 50 domains with Spaceship landers. I see good traffic stats in my Spaceship dashboard (visitors + marketplace searches), but I’m wondering: are these numbers mostly real human visitors, or do they also include bot traffic (indexing, marketplace pings, etc.)?

Thanks in advance if anyone can clarify how Spaceship filters these stats.

Hello! The statistics contain real traffic, bot traffic is filtered out and we have protection measures in place to prevent bot interference.

Hi, thank you for your efforts! The bot filtering really helps me better understand and appreciate the performance of my domains. I really value the work you’ve put into this.

I think Spaceship looks great and really love the modernity of their dashboard. I had not used the platform at all until this week, but started listing names for sale and their landing page looks very appealing. I started with 24 single-word and premium .si (of course, not expecting miracles or immediate results with that extension) to test the waters, all listed as Make Offer, but I will be listing many more soon.

Hi Spaceship,

Screenshot_20251101_004842.png

What you see above is how For Sale pages of longer names look like (at least, in my Firefox 2560x1600 16").
Pretty lame if you ask me.
And they arent even really long - starting from just 12 letters..
Do something.
Should not be that hard to make the extension (.com here) go onto the next line, dynamically change font size etc ..you should know better

Thanks in advance.

The other issue, if logged out or in, it does not matter, you search a word and it show you even the COM is available. Please fix this issue, I was happy when I saw that all domains are not taken, but adding to cart them does not work.

Anyone else transfer in domains and they say "Product needs DNS configuration" for no reason? You switch to Spaceship nameservers or Sedo/Afternic and it stays up? There's a button to view a guide to fix it but the guide is just:

To ensure connected products work correctly, you may need to configure your DNS settings. These guides show you how.

No available guides for domain

I am pretty sure I fixed it in the past by just toggling nameservers. I've never had this issue anywhere else before. So obvious solution is to xfer to Dynadot but I figured I'd ask here first.
