I just tried Spaceship.com. They're a NameCheap brand and launched their beta. I think they rightfully deserve a thread on NP to discuss our experiences with their new registrar.

Remember, it's still in beta so do expect some glitches, work to be done... Would be cool in someone from NC would care to chip in :) @tamar

SellerHub's screen estate for the listed domains is ridiculously small, it's very hard to work with. Seems to be a scrolling issue with the upper part of the screen.

So far I'm liking seller hub, traffic stats and Camel Case would be a great addition.
Any idea if or when thats coming?

This is awesome news! One other thing that's been blocking me from moving landers over is that domains are getting stuck in DNS valdiation for days on end, in some cases even after Spaceship's Advanced DNS tools confirms that domain is using Spaceship nameservers. This means that I'm making my domains unresolvable for several days while switching over. When I asked the AI for help, it told me to manually re-validate within SellerHub, but that option doesn't exist. Is there any way you could either:
1. add an option to manually trigger a re-scan
2. Allow DNS validation via a NS3 so that I can still use my current landing page while I'm waiting for Spaceship to validate?

When is the last time you tried? We've made a lot of improvements since open beta particularly around on boarding.

I have a couple that have been stuck like this for the last 24-48 hours. Oddly, I've noticed that .xyz TLDs are validating quickly, but .com TLDs are getting stuck.

Please dm me some examples. Also, if you updated nameservers(not just host records) that can take some time.

Hello!

You ve done great job until now, but there are 2 thinks I would like to see you improve.

1. Transferring away domains is as manual as it can get, and it needs a lot of time.

You have to click on every domain separately, unlock them, copy the code, and approve the transfer.

It would be very useful if you could add the option to unlock domains and approve transfers in bulk, or include auth codes in the csv export file.

Strangely, your transfer in procedures, are as fast as they can get!

2. You are not providing invoices, you just give a "receipt".

This is not good enouph for many European countries.

Also, if I m not mistaken for account top-up, you do not provide any document at all.

Without an invoice, I can't justify the bank transfer to my county's tax office...

Anyone else facing the same issues?

What's missing in the invoice for you? Your company name and VAT number?

I agree with the need for bulk transfer info on occasion

There is no info about my company or yours, except your name.
This does not called invoice.
And, correct me if I m wrong, for account top-up, even this receipt is not available.

Our full company name and address is listed at the bottom. We'll get customer info added there. Top ups are not purchases of any digital goods.

Then I guess Dynadot, Namecheap, Namesilo and SAV, are being wrong.
Because they all provide documentation, when adding funds.
