Spaceship.com recently launched a new Marketplace section, and as NamePros has given me the go-head, I think the company deserves its own thread for NP domain marketplace users to converse in.

Personally speaking, I will be setting up a new Spaceship.com account this weekend and going to work investigating its various features, options and policies.

I found another bug . Why did your system automatically delete the domain names that I unlisted? Yesterday, I unlisted 4 domain names, but today I found that they are no longer in my account and have been deleted. Your current system seems to have many bugs and is very imperfect. And the functionality is also very incomplete, making it difficult for large sellers to use. Sellers find it difficult to trust spaceship

I've noticed that some of my landers take 5-30 mins until they have a functional SSL. Has it been longer than this time-frame?

Have you opened it in an incognito window or tested clearing cache?

Final step I've found to work when I am not showing a lander is to go into sellerhub and turn the lander page "OFF" right back to "ON". Especially when I add a domain to sellerhub with the lander set to "ON" but my NS not already set to spaceship's.

The filters are automatically set to not show unlisted names. Try pressing the dropdown and select the "unlisted" filter

@Marina Savina - Did you happen to find out if the Spaceship folks would be willing to give us the option of saying "Start a Conversation" instead of "Make an Offer"? (again, an option for those who wish to use it, not mandatory for all). If so, were they open to the idea?

Hello, the team is open to idea however, at the moment they focus on adding LTO support, thus for now no ETA on start conversation option.

This would further increase conversions a lot.

And if direct integration into namecheap for whatever reason is not possible, second best thing would be SSO (Single Sign-On), so that the user does not need to manually create account with spaceship, but just one button to authenticate the linking of the two accounts.

1. On pending connection how much time passed since you enabled For Sale page and set the required records? It looks like propagation. Please share an example of the domain for me to check.

2. For Sale page stats:
- For Sale page views - The number of all visits of the For Sale page, e.g. one user opened for sale page on your domain 3 times, you will see 3 views.
- For Sale page unique visitors - The number of unique users visited the For Sale page, e.g. in the example above you will see 1 here.
- Spaceship search - number of exact match searches of your domain in spaceship main search.
- Namecheap search - number of exact match sld and sld+tld searches your domain in namecheap main search.

Random buyers don't know that. The search checkout popup should say something about being a "trusted partner" or "sister registrar" to Namecheap or something like that to gain trust. Right now a buyer searching Namecheap only sees a checkout link to a new website they never heard of. A lot of people (especially Namecheap users) are privacy focused and won't want to create new accounts especially at a place they have never heard of. Lost sales.

@Marina Savina And this applies to the landers as well. Would be good for trust and conversions if it would say below the Spaceship logo something like "Powered by Namecheap" or "A Namecheap company" or something to that extent till brand recognition is more established in the general public.

That's what it is. You just have the for sale page set to on and it's trying to connect but not picking up the NS. If you don't plan to use the landers you can switch it to "off" and you will still be listed in reg path

On lander the payment methods icons are colorless and looks unprofessional !!
It is recommended to be colorful same the original as below screenshots example, It will give more trust and credibility .

I like that they are colorless. The sales page itself is pretty mono color, so adding a bunch of colors would make it look weird.

I do think that when someone hovers over each, they should at least say what payment method it is, and turning each specific one into color when hovered over would be a nice touch.

Overall, should be pretty quick within minutes. I passed to the team to check and see if there is any issue. Thanks for heads up.
