Spaceship.com recently launched a new Marketplace section, and as NamePros has given me the go-head, I think the company deserves its own thread for NP domain marketplace users to converse in.

Personally speaking, I will be setting up a new Spaceship.com account this weekend and going to work investigating its various features, options and policies.

Doing some testing ... if someone searches for a domain at NAMECHEAP and clicks "Buy Now" they are still directed to SPACESHIP to complete the purchase it seems? I get that you guys are promoting Spaceship but Namecheap is hugely popular among startups is it really optimal to send them somewhere else and include more friction? There may be X number of buyers who only want to buy at Namecheap. Maybe give them an option to purchase at EITHER Spaceship or Namecheap?

The SellerHub "Bulk Delete" option (as suggested earlier) is urgently needed. Please make this a high-priority item, since this capability is vital for large portfolio holders to quickly remove dropped domains and retain a clean, up-to-date portfolio. Currently, I have to search for and delete each domain one by one, which is incredibly time-consuming.

I noticed 2 issues when searching for a domains via Namecheap.

1) This should be "was listed" instead of "was listen":

2) When a domain is listed via Sedo with make offer, Namecheap now shows the minimum offer amount right next to the "Make offer" button:

But... After clicking "Make offer" it takes the buyer to new screen that incorrectly shows the minimum offer as the "Buy Now" price:

Hello, it's possible to add TXT record in bulk at Namecheap.com. Login to your account > Go to Domain List > Select the domains you need to update > On the left side above domains click "Actions" > Select "DNS/Host Records" > Follow the guide. I would recommend to limit the batch by 1000 items for more optimal processing.

For domains registered externally, is there a way to bulk add TXT records for verification—specifically for marketplace selling, with no other services needed at this time?

Namecheap does not support listings for external domains, for Spaceship sellerhub - definitely TXT verification is an option to use. Once you import your domains, you will see guides with your unique TXT record inside sellerhub application.

If I understand correctly we talk about non-spaceship domains and thus TXT should be added on the side of the provider, so it will depend on their ability to set TXT in bulk. From our side TXT record is unique to the user and thus it's the same for all domains. Once added it may either be checked for automatically every 30 minutes within the first 15 days since import or you may use "Verify domain ownership" button in Sellerhub app to verify the presence of TXT on all domains in bulk.

In fact, we can add records to our non-Spaceship domains listed on Seller Hub, provided we have pointed our NS to Spaceship. That's great, in my opinion!

We can do it by going to Launchpad, selecting Advanced DNS, and there we will find all domains pointing to NS, both those which were registered with Spaceship and the external ones as well.

And we definitely can add custom records in bulk there, @URL Stream . You just check the boxes next to the domains, and then proceed with the Bulk actions menu, which includes adding custom DNS records.
