The official South Africa Tourism board just launched www.MySouthAfrica.TV (the domain was registered in Feb this year).
Turner Entertainment Networks (London β parent company CNN) is partnering with South Africa Tourism to produce the site and promote South Africa through broadcast and print.
Itβs a visually stunning site. Very nice to see more country and regional tourism boards adopting .TV into their marketing plans.

And I love this bit β this is truly a full blown integrated marketing effort. Nice indeed.

A series of TCP-created advertorial vignettes showcasing the best submissions will air via CNN.β
Lastly, this launch shows you donβt always need the pure Geo to move forward. My+Geo.TV is a highly brandable/memorable alternative. If the pure Geo is not for sale or too expensive this is a very good platform. IMO β its at least as good as Geo+Channel.TV (but Iβm not taking sides on that issue
