I just proposed to someone about this domain, and he is interested to buy and ask for the price, but am confused of how much to tell him, please i need your suggestions.

If this is an enduser then appraisals are way more difficult than appraisals for resale. IMHO doing some research about your potential buyer is your best bet to negotiate a realistic price. For example, if this is likely to be used for a business, then look into the size of the business etc. A large business is mot likely willing and capable of paying more in comparison to a small independent business.

You should also look into the market for your domain. If there are only a few potential buyers then this might be a good time to hand off this domain. Also see if you can find recent sales of similar domains.

Without knowing anything about your potential buyer and how much attention this domain has received in the past something in the $xxxx range might be a good start. Then you have space for negotiation.
