domain GE-Cell .com quick appraisal

I have a potentially, interested buyer for my domain...he wants me to get an appraisal....fare enough, although he linked me to a page, where maybe he will be making money...IDK.

The thing is, I do not have money for an appraisal.

Please let me know if you think this domain has any value, and also please tell me this is not automatic trademark infringement for having the ge in there.....It is meant as Genetically engineered.

I don't see any obvious value in this haphenated domain, so in my view whether TM or not wouldn't matter
