Someone to develop a gaming site for me.

I currently own a very nicedomain which I would like to use as a gaming site.
What I need is someone who will purchase a VALID license to a gaming script, upload games/videos/anything related, do some basic SEO work, create a list of keywords and make a custom design (Or have a designer do it).

I would prefer someone with experience in this market.
