domain some premium ccTLD for appraisal

Hello there,

I have few premium ccTLDs in my portfolio. I don't plan selling them right now, because I have development plans for them. It is Lithuanian domains. Majority of lithuanians know english, so I picked these domains as they sound better in English (at least for me). So here they are:

OnlineGames.lt
Good for arcade game site or MMORPG shop

Costumes.lt
Halloween costumes shop

Script.lt
Script shop

HotGirls.lt
Erotic (not porn) website

Contractor.lt
Web page for independent contractors

GamesOnline.lt
Same as OnlineGames.lt

Transporter.lt
Freight and Cargo search, post

The following ones are not premium

Telematics.lt
This one is for the future, when telematics gonna hit big
AWD.lt
(all wheel drive forum or something like it)
Domainer.lt
Domaining blog
MusicLand.lt
Music portal (CD shop)

And that is pretty much it.
Your apparisalsare welcome. And your opinion counts as if these domains are good for future development plans I wrote, or maybe you have some better ideas?

Hi,

IMO they are decent but I would focus on one-worders (the most generic English terms that everyone can understand) and Lithuanian words perhaps ?

My favorites:
Script.lt: good name for freelance services
Contractor.lt: something along the same lines as above
Domainer.lt: nice if you develop
MusicLand.lt: not bad and brandable IMO. It's taken in at least 15 European ccTLDs which can be good for you (potential buyers).

I don't know the local market so I find it hard to put a price tag on them but I believe there is still room for growth in the .lt namespace. According to the registry there are 61000 names registered which is not a lot.
IMO it's a good idea to invest in your own TLD and to develop.

Hi,

Apreciate your feedback. I agree with you, that one word domains are always better then 2 or more word domains, though i think phrase such as onlinegames is good as well (as it gets like 100 type ins a month).
Although lithuanian market is pretty small, i was too late in buying the best domains with .lt extension. it seems like the best words are long gone. And one more bad thing is that .lt domains cost like 3 times more than .coms. (and this is the price after 50 % price drop)
Buying domains is as addictive as smoking for me. So I will continue buying domains.
