advice Some Is Auctioning my domain

I have a domain NETFRAMEWORK.CO and someone in godaddy is auctioning it... Is there a way to know the person who is auctioning it? So I could contact him...

No Panic.
GD database is not updated so if you have acquired the name recently you might still see it at auction.
What you can do is either contact GD support or list the name yourself ( if you are interested in doing so ). No need to contact the previous owner.

That's a bad thing about their auctions, seller is hidden, or I just can't find a way to see the seller.

If it's fraud I would contact GD asap...
