They are all related, they all suit the extension. I think you could get 100$-150$ for the lot. If you developed them all with coding information, you could probably sell them all in the thousands.

CODEHTML.INFO is the best IMO.
They are developable and .net fits too.
There is potential for development, not a lot for resale if it's just the domains without content.
