Well, well, well, 3 holes in the ground. So it seems that I have sold RacingWorld.eu afterall. Thanks to everyone here that showed understanding and offered good wishes and hope. Here is the message I got from Sedo today
"04/28/06 We have received full payment for this domain. Please await further instructions from your transfer agent. It is often the case that we have to wait for certain details from the buyer so please be patient during this period." :sold:

Was such a drama a while ago ;) and finally you sold it - kool! see - things aren't that bad as you think of them sometimes :) to that original buyer or to a new one?

To the original buyer. Yes I am really happy now. I appreciate the support I got from you all when I was so depressed and down in the dumps. :)

Dear Fred,

Thank you for your email.

Please just wait for an email to your admin-c emailaddress from EURid. In the email everything is explained how
the transfer works (just one click on the link). You are the first customer with an .eu transfer so I hope everything
will work. :)

Best regards

Just phone up my registrar and instruct them to transfer the domain to whom? Or will they be contacted by the buyers registrar? Sorry for all the questions but this is my first sale so I am a bit new to all this.

Congrats Fred! Nice to see it all went through for you!
So Center Parcs is a go i presume :) (just guessing) since you mentioned you wanted to go to a resort with your Girlfriend..eh or wife, can't remember exactly anymore.

First .EU transfer on Sedo? The Netherlands is pioneering again, LOL.

See BM, like I had hoped--you would get more for the domain in a future sale. Glad to hear that the transaction is going through and that you are getting more money than the first offer that fell through.

Euro 1200 is the same amount he reported in the first thread, the second thread, (etc.) He didn't get more money, and it's not a different buyer. It would appear the original buyer has simply come thru on the deal that was agreed upon.

Congratulations binaryman. After 4 threads (or 5, can't even remember anymore) and more drama than the average soap opera, it appears you finally have some good news to bring the wife. I guess the vacation is back on. :)

I thought the innitial offer was 1200 Euro's?

Opp... my apologies. I thought the initial offer was for less. Either way, it is still a nice sale and a heck of a return on your initial investment.
