Sold domain via TDNAM, buyer or seller bear escrow fees?

i sold a domain name via tdnam.com.
the question is who pay the escrow fees?
100% seller? 50% 50%? or 100% buyer?

I seldom use TDNAM, so I'm not sure if there are specific rules for their system. As for escrow fees, I usually require the buyer to pay and at the very most I will split the fees. Although, I state that in my sales and or during negotiations.

It's never good to charge people new fees without letting them know before they're getting into it. If they think they're only paying xx, they should only be paying xx.
