As a seller, I have multiple times to pay the full amount at escrow.com through listing at auction.godaddy.com
However a friend who would swear that in his case the buyer paid the full escrow fees (he said he did not counter offer at godaddy). Thus the next time I got an offer, I did not counter offer, and I called the godaddy's both regular and executive phone lines, it seemed they had little clue, sometime they said the seller would buy, sometimes the buyer. Still it does not matter if you counter offer or not, still it ends up the seller paid the escrow.
So what is your experience?
