Sold domain on GD under transfer lock

SOS guys! I have sold a domain on GD but i can't unlock it, because it is currently under transfer lock. I contacted with GD support and asked them if internal push is possible (not in GD). Does anyone know, is it possible? Thanks in advance!

well didnt they reply? usually they will work with u and tell buyer to accept push elsewhere..but u are t mercy of buyer letting gd know they got name.
all in all..it can get messy. gl

They told me that they can't do anything and only in Afternic push is allowed. I must wait till January.

I have set ns3/ns4 afternic ns for my names. They are listed on the same time on GD auctions. Would be an issue?
