Hi,

Good domain, but if undeveloped, would probably be around a low $XXX at max.

IMHO, green domains have future potential, but maybe it's still not so easy to monetize them. You could make a website selling solar heaters on the side, but since yours is a .org, it might be out of place to go all out selling stuff there.

I like this for green development, because those green and sustainable enthusiasts have a lot of associations, organizations, groups and boards. I say develop first and start the first national association of solar heated pool or home equipment vendors in the US! or repair personnel for these products!!!

developed at least mid XXX, maybe small XX if just the concept.
