Also i'm offering my support to you. If you need someone on the support side of server hosting (From Shared to Dedicated) then I will help out free of charge as I have too much time on my hands at the minute. I love to help were I can and know some SSH commands, and I'm a guru in cPanel/WHM!
I am friendly towards people, professional and quick. I also have great knowledge of the hosting industry as I help out with turtletech.co.uk and used to have my own hosting business.

Also your hosting company must have over 10 paying customers otherwise there's no point in an extra person helping around when a small amount of customers only requires 1 person.
