I am having big issues with the account reactivation process at SnapNames, which I didn't use in the past couple of years. I have an old account and I always paid all my past backorders with them.
They now require to use the app Nametag, to send them photos of the identity documents, but the verification always fails.
I have sent them multiple messages asking for help, over the past month, but they have not solved the problem. The verification process alway fails, but they don't provide me with any feedback about the cause.
They sent me multiple nametag links, which are managed by them and also by Network Solutions.
I also contacted Network Solutions, but they don't help.
Looks like nobody cares.
They could at least provide a "manual verification" alternative, instead of locking out people thanks to a bugged app.
I had backordered a domain years ago, patiently waiting for it to become available, and now, thanks to this, I am losing it.
I already lost one month.
Could anyone kindly help?
