Snapnames Payment Pending question

I got outbid in a drop at snapnames 2 weeks ago (nothing new!) however, the domain name is still showing as Payment Pending.

I was under the impression that payment would have to be made immediately after the person won the bid.

How long do they get to pay it ? and if it does'nt go through will I get the name for the amount that the other person started to bid at ? There were only 3 of us in it and me and one other that bid on it.

Thanks, this has been 2 weeks so far, just wondering if anyone knows the time scale before they cancel or restart an auction due to non payment.

Anyone know ?

Snapnames will hold a domain if you make arrangements for payment. If not, they have the right to 1) Give it to the next bidder, 2) re-auction it or 3) Keep it.
