Snapnames.com help

Hello,

I had a domain name backordered, and it dropped today.

I placed a order for it on snapnames a long while ago, and recently I checked it just a few days ago and searched it and it had a button 'place order' as if I hadn't even ordered it. So i clicked 'place order' again and it went in to my 'my account' section as backordered.

I have been watching it over the course of the day and just now I have noticed that Snapnames has successfully caught it, according to the WHOIS. Just after I noticed I checked my snapnames account and couldnt find it on my account. So I searched the name again on their service and it once again said 'PLACE ORDER' even though ive already placed the bloody order twice!!

So they have managed to catch it, whether it was for me or not I don't even know!

Would it come up instantly in my account or as an auction as soon as it is caught?

Why did it keep forgetting my order?? I shall be very unhappy if I haven't got this name because of this.

In short, the course of events:

1. Placed order ages ago with snapnames
2. checked a while later and it had gone out of my account so i had to place the order again
3. check it again sooner and once again it had gone so i placed the order AGAIN
4. noticed today that it has been caught by snapnames from the whois
5. Just after noticing, checked to see if It was in my account, it was not
6. Searched it again on their system and once again had to click place order because it had dissappeared again
7. Now I'm left not knowing if its been caught for me or not

Sounds strange - have you checked in the history at the right hand top of the page in your account ?

It will show in there if they got it for you - It should also show if it was auctioned and went to someone else at snapnames.

Apparently it may just be that it's going to auction but the auctions don't start until noon. :lala:
