SnapNames - "Activate Now" - Help

I recently bought two LLLL.com's and they were on SnapNames.

They both say "Activate Now Processing >>" and when I click it, it says I am not allowed to perform that action, etc.

What is this and how do I fix so I can actually manage this name?

That is a bit odd... Never heard that one before.

Where does it say this?

Maybe the domains are at an odd ball registrar and Snap sent you an email with login info?

I have'nt seem that one before, I take it you mean within the snapnames control panel ?

Did they already send you the email with register details etc ?
