I have 2 domains.

top100realestateblogs.com
1ion.com

they are both on sedo. For some reason they have many visitors over 200 the last 30 days. I did not think that these domains was any good but still they have many visitors.

Can someone explaine this for me?

Perhaps the domains have backlinks which direct visitors to your site.

Well, they need to have value in the eyes of people that would want to develop them right ?
top100realestateblogs.com I can't think of many people that would want to develop a site about the top 100 real estate blogs
As for 1ion.com I don't think it means anything. It's bogus.

If you are not getting clicks, it is most likely bot traffic.

But I cannot imagine that this site gets anything more than negligible traffic

would have some value to someone wanting to develop a top realestate blog site otherwise it may earn a little while the back links slowly dissappear.
