1) It's not nice to post exactly the whole private message someone writes to you. Especially mentioning the username in the thread. You could've just written the essential.

2) It is a very common practice if the member has no trader rating, to transfer the domain first and receive the funds after (given that it's not big amounts, and the buyer having several positive ratings). Once you have that trust and good rating, then money first.
