I'm selling my small forum, third-reality.net It currently has 33 members and is growing at an incredible rate.
The domain is ranked at a PR of 2 averaging about 60 to 100 unique hits a day, yesterday was an all time high since the forum started of 115 unique hits.

I would PREFER someone already with an IPB license as im not sure im willing to give up the full license unless the offer looks too good to refuse.
I'm taking offers, but please no less then $100.
