Small Banner and maybe a little help

Hi all,

I just moved my anime site to a new url and layout. And its very very plain.
I would like a banner for the top of my website, it does not have to be perfect, but it does have to stop my site look like a landing page :P

The website is a Naruto website for all the naruto kiddies out there.

Also, YES, thats a template, if anyone could give me tips on editing the css styling (you can get it from the page source) to improve the look, then please do. But as for size and layout its fine.

Cannot pay for css help, but its appriciated, maybe i can give you a small link space on my site if it helps a lot =]

Will wait and see if i get a few more options, but dont be put off, i just cba to do one myself as i dont have time to sit and work on one, so even if you have to make one in paint give it a go.
