I noticed the "official registrar" telecomitalia.sm. Unfortunately, despite writing an email with an unanswered question a week ago, I have yet to receive a response. The email address was noted in the English instructions section, so I know it was applicable for writing an email in English, as I did.
Is there a more reliable place to register these through that won't cost me $150 - $350 per year (as the other ones I have seen have). Telecomitalia.sm is at 50 euro for a year, anything relatively near that would be worth it to me if it means I don't have to do the inside dealings. Of course, as noted, it has to be "reliable" too.
