Hello All

I emailed support at 4.cn about a week ago and have heard nothing so I have lodged a support ticket yesterday to see if they answer.

I went to 190.com which in Chinese is a domain auction site but when you click on the EN link in the top right corner it takes you to an English spiel page that only gives you a phone number and street address but no email contact. And it is not an English version of the auction site.

Has anyone found them to be reliable or are they a bit suspect?

Tried 4.cn, I had a small problem or something and they send me an email with broken english that can only be generated by google translator. So i think you have to re-contact them with simplified english formate ( google can translate accurately) other than that they'r OK.

I think it's time to add working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese as one of the tools of the trade of a pro domainer :xf.wink:

190.com and 4.cn are both fairly large domaining companies in China. 4.cn is now owned by eName.com. 190.com is a substantial organisation that has been a part of Chinese domaining for a while now. They both have teams of brokers who've closed some huge transactions over the past 18 months.

190.com will have an English version at some point. It was meant to happen last year, but it didn't.

I'm from the UK, so I could always give them a call on the uk number on your behalf if you'd like, that way you won't be charged for call rates

That's if it's a generic question ofc

If it's personal and requires log in into your account, then I won't be able to do anything there :wacky:

Thanks for the offer. I will call them if I decide to use them. I just get concerned when things seem to be only half done on websites that claim to be big and important like these do. So I thought I would ask here if anyone had experience with them.
