I am currently selling some of my sites to raise funds for a joint venture. I will be listing some other sites shortly.
This is the site that I am sad about selling, I know its a really basic site and could look better...but it has great search engine rankings, earnings and real potential.
With a little onpage tweaking this could be make $100+ a month. Buy it, make it look a bit better/convert well and sell it on flippa for double the price! I would if I had the time and didnt need the cash!
I'm also throwing in a good feeder site worth around $50 FREE!
Niche: Online Jobs
Domain: realonlinejobs.co.uk (domain registered with namecheap until 2011!).
BIN: $325
This site is almost a year old and is ranking really well on Google and Yahoo in the HOT online jobs niche.
The site currently promotes a clickbank online jobs product that pays around $33 a sale - the product has a gravitas over 100 (this is really good for those who don't know clickbank!). You could also add adsense to the site to increase earnings - over $2 per click in this niche
Organic rankings
Its been neglected and no promotion has been done for a while. Write a couple of articles (which might also lead to sales) and do a few blog comments and this site could easily get No 1 or 2 for its keywords and your earnings will probably double at least. Potential for other keywords as well.
Although it is a small niche, it is profitable, converts and is easy to dominate.

Traffic
Traffic is growing as organic rankings improve. 405 unique visitors/633 visits from search engines in Jan and over 100 in 1st 7 day of Feb so far (on track for 500+ visitors in Feb). Traffic gradually increasing from 2009.
Earnings
Jan: $33.
So far in Feb (early days) there have been over 50 hops and x14 order form impressions - so I think there will be at least one sale this month, probably more.
