We are looking for a Professional PHP MySQL developer..serious inqueries ONLY! Large Project, must sign a non discloser form and a non compete in my industry of 3 years(not to build another site like mine) We will retain ALL ownership written for this site. the project will consist of 4 proprietary applications specific to our site....
1) a unique "Rating" system
2) Integrating a prewritten video upload script
3) Basic search engine
4) Back end accounting, revenue and Ad tracking system
