3 page mini site needed.

I need a 3 page mini site (main page, privacy policy, contact us ) for a insurance related domain name. The domain I would be using is currently a PR7 from the previous owner so I would need to try to maintain that so someone with SEO knowledge is a must.The site I need is very basic so I am not looking to spend a lot of money on this. Please PM for further info and the price you can do this for.

I was also a beta-tester for Google, I do know about this
My fees aren't the cheapest but are fair considering my experience.
If you have an insurance PR7 domain please don't try to save on development because you can risk losing it forever. Even knowing how to proceed it's already very difficult to maintain it.
