Are all single word dictionary domains good? Are they worth registering?

I am of the feeling that not all dictionary domains are worth more then reg fee. If you go to http://www.whi.ms/ you can see all the dictionary domains that have yet to be regged.

Most dictionary words are regged, but the actual value of some obscure words is debateable. I, for one, have no interest in a name that probably gets half it's searches from newbies looking for unregged dictionary words.

Nope, if they're words that people haven't really heard off, don't waste your money. All the words that have some sort of potential have already been taken, if you're talking about .com

I would forget about dot coms, some other tld's have a few domains left worth considering & new ones are been dropped back each day.. I wouldn't buy a domain just because it is a one word dictionary name but it could be part of the reason.
