Hi guys/gals,

Took a little break from .TV to beef up my .US's. However, with the apparent increase of registrations for .TV's I thought I better put down the Duff and reg a few from my wanted list. What do you guys think of this one? Rep only given if it's earned.

Thanks

Reg. fee+/- in the plural (and undeveloped), IMHO.

Best of Luck.

Nice industry peg to hang a site on. Simulcasting however implies LIVE programs and network affiliation. While the legalities of doing this, online, are murky it IS being done... at Wi-FiTV.com(operating at cinemapop.com) for example -they display 50 (simulcasts) live channels from around the world.

Chances are they have not negotiated content rights with these stations but, at the moment at least, the stations do not seem to be complaining as they are getting coverage/branding far beyond the reach of their signals. Now, if you copied those links.... and built from there... Simulcasts.tv would be a much better brand and just may be embraced by the industry... when the time comes. On the other hand you might get a cease... order.

The best news is... with the recent explosion in online TV content viewers do not want to be checking a dozen sites a day for programs, or to watch specific channels. A Simulcasts.tv portal can help solve this problem, demonstrate its value to content producers, and put itself in a position to negotiate Content Click-Thru revenue deals... in addition to onsite program promo ads.

Appraisal: Simmering-Hot (with negative boil-over possibilites)

Perhaps you can sell yours to the owner's of this "RaceBook.com" (where both of the above domains forward to), in a "Quick Sale"? :talk:

Please keep us posted.

Got a response/offer within 20 min of initial solicitation. However, they offered a trifecta and I'm looking for a superfecta payout. Time for negotiations part deux/redux/etc. Will keep inquiring minds "in the know".

I don't gamble ... how much is a trifecta? :|
