Hi, I am new in domain business. Trying to learn what is the key to evaluate a domain name if i want to invest in? I find some combo words very expensive and some very cheap. Really confusing.

I have always liked your UI a lot, but it was not feasible moving names to you because you charged extra for domain security features. It looks like you have made this free now?

Also, do you assign account managers to large portfolio holders?

I understand not wanting/needing to be the lowest price for domains... but, for example, why would you launch a new TLD such as .now at terribly uncompetitive prices? (prices below are taken from TLDes.com) - the ones below "unstoppable" are offering a promo. So Name.com is about 2x the base price of all the other registrars.

I would be particularly interested in your thoughts on the possible question you mentioned:

Where's real end-user demand actually coming from in 2026?

Do you see most aftermarket domain name demand from startups, businesses in rebranding cycle, or some other source?

Also, how do you feel about prospects for the domain name aftermarket for say 2 years in future?

Really looking forward to this AMA. One thing I have been wondering is whether AI has actually changed what end users are buying, or if it's mostly influencing what domain investors are registering.
I am also curious about security. Domain theft seems to come up more often these days, so i would love to hear what you think registrars should be doing differently to better protect customers without making everything harder to manage

Why did your X.com account block John Berryhill who was asking questions about a two letter .com domain name locked by Name.com because of a fake UDRP notice?

Did you change/improve any of your policies because of that incident?

How are the cases of fake UDRP claims are going to be handled in the future?

Did you provide any kind of apology/redress to the customer who had their domain name locked?
