SimpleHaircare has a good search volume plus the hair care product market is huge! What do you guys think?
Thanks. Should I wait for a buyer to approach me or try and market it myself to end users?I like it a lot. Would probably price it well above $5k because, as you said, hair product market is just so huge. Nice, simple name.
There is and its big its called 'Simple'This is a nice domain that holds the prospect of a reasonable sale to a haircare company.
I looked on TESS and there was a TM filed in 2000 for "Simple Hair Care", but it is now dead along with similar ones. There is and its big its called 'Simple'
be careful with this domain as its use may conflict with trademarks

Same could be said about a word like "Amazon" or "Overstock" and many more. You can use it as long as it isn't in the same market as they are in - which is why this domain would be problematic. Like I said, I don't see any filed trademarks, but you don't need a filed one for a UDRP either.Sorry, I hadn't done any searching. Certainly looks as though there are Trademark issues to be considered.
That said, it is an unusual case, as it is arguable whether any one company can claim exclusive rights to say something is "simple". The same can be said of "easy" and I believe there have been numerous challenges there.
If this was my domain, I would do the following:Okay. So any bright ideas to make a possible sale with this domain ? Or should I consult with an experienced domain broker.
Actually I am totally new to this game so I need to learn about the UDRP issues and much more. I hope it is all good and I can flip this domain for good margin. If this was my domain, I would do the following:
