Simple site required, Flash a bonus. Budget $250

Hi,

I am looking for a simple site for a new "bricks and mortar" business I am opening shortly.

The site will be selling high quality wooden doors to my local market.

I have

A logo.
A domain.
Some product images.

Ideally, I need a simple site to advertise my business, more as a landing page with contact details and address than anything, but I need it to be polished, smart and search engine friendly.

I do not (yet) intend on selling any products through the site, but it would be a big bonus if I could offer an "online showroom" of some of the designs.

Any other features you could suggest or impliment would be a big bonus - ggogle maps integration, contact form (esp if linked as a "product enquiry" feature.

My budget is a little flexible, but you would need to be offering me something reasonably special for me to justify spending more.
