Simple 2 Page Lock Smith Site

Hello,

I am looking to pay someone to create me a simple 2 page lock smith site. I do not want anyone from India emailing me please (I do not want to hire any full time employees so don't even ask).

I am looking to work with an individual freelancer on this (not a company).

I will need a home page and a contact page (with a contact form).

A site that I liked a lot was http://www.ultimatelocks.co.uk/ . I would like the site to be of a similar style to this.

P.S. I am a good designer in photoshop so it may be possible for me to do the design, in which case I would only need someone to code the site. Probably in just CSS.
