This is a project for people with both design and coding skills.
1)It is dead simple. I want everything to be as clean and simple as possible.
2)It is a personal project, meaning the final product must match my vision.
3)It is not a monetizable project, meaning it I won't be making any money on it so it must be done at a very reasonable cost. If you can't put in a reasonable bid, don't bother. Plenty on elance can. Chances are, if you're living in California or London or Australia, well, we all know the economics of this...
I need a site with a grand total of three pages and an extremely simple backend CMS.
Page 1 is the front page (or mainpage). It will be a simple index of streaming youtube videos with a title above, categorized alphabetically based on the title... Beneath the youtube videos, there will be a spot for a link.
The upper right hand corner of the mainpage will have the logo, the upper right will have a “featured video”. Between the logo and the featured video, there will be two links, which lead to pages 2 and 3 of the site.
Page 2 is a text based FAQ
Page 3 is a link directory.
Page 1 should look like this concept rough graphic
(the examples in the rough graphic aren't categorized alphabetically by title, but you know what I mean)
Pages 2 and 3 are self explanatory.
The back end should look something like this concept rough graphic, although I'm a lot more flexible on how this one works than I am the mainpage.

The focus is on simplicity and ease, not complexity and flashiness. Seriously; the rough concept graphic was done in about 3 minutes using MS paint. Ideally, the front page would look much like that (obviously, cleaned up a little). That's how simple I want it to be.
php/mysql, unless you have a better idea.
No patience for scammers, bullshit artists or ego cases. If you're 'difficult to work with” or can't take direction without feeling insulted, move along please. If you're a flakeball who disappears after submitting a bid or accepting a project, please do not submit a bid.
There's already a lot of existing, free code out there to accomplish some of these tasks, which is OK to use, but absolutely NO stolen code from private parties.
For those with a long standing trader rating or involvement in the community, 25% down, 75% upon upload and testing (this is a simple project that shouldn't take very long) For those who are newer or without trusted community references, 10% down, 90% payment upon upload and testing.
Payment via paypal. If you cannot accept payment via paypal, do not bid.
